I actually ordered this book with some others from dangdang, and they mistakenly sent me twice. However, I haven't found time to read even once of it. :)
Our real analysis II is cancelled since there is only 1 registering person. So I won't read this book until next spring.
According to my experience, I really don't learn much from classes. Most of time, a pencil, a sheets of paper and a cup of coffee are all I need to read a book. Like sex, it is a private indivisual experience, not a collective one :)
